Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES), a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization headquartered in St. Paul, delivering behavioral health and human services across the Twin Cities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Kathleen A. Westerhaus to Vice President, Resource Development. Ms. Westerhaus has worked for CLUES since September 2005 in the areas of Development and Marketing, and has contributed to the organizational growth of CLUES. Jesse Bethke Gomez, President of CLUES, says, “We are pleased to announce Kathleen’s promotion and her growing leadership role within CLUES and in the community. The Consulate of Mexico in Saint Paul named Jesse Bethke Gomez, president of Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES), as the distinguished recipient of the Ohtli Recognition.  The Ohtli Recognition is given to people who have dedicated the majority of their personal and professional lives to bridging the gap for Mexicans living outside their country of origin. “Ohlti” is the Nahuatl word for “pathway.”

Chicanos Latinos Unidos En Servicio (CLUES) President Jesse Bethke Gomez signed the lease agreement for the Consulate of Mexico in Saint Paul on Monday, April 18 at 10:00 a.m.  U.S. Senator Norm Coleman, Bill Harper, Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Betty McCollum, Saint Paul Mayor Randy Kelly, CLUES Board Member Patrick Kelly, and Rob Kost of United Properties were present for this historic event.
