Who We Are
CLUES is Minnesota’s premier
provider of behavioral health and human services to the
Latino community. A community builder and a catalyst for
change, CLUES provides services that advance and enhance
the quality of Latino’s lives in Minnesota. We provide a
continuum of five core services: Mental Health Services, Chemical
Health Services, Family Services, Aging Well Services,
Employment Services, and Educational Services to achieve the following:
- CLUES
strengthens Latino families and individuals so that they
are financially, mentally, and physically healthier.
CLUES
assists Latinos to increase their educational levels,
improve their English language proficiency, and overcome
other barriers to self-sufficiency.

helps low-income Latinos to find and retain better jobs
with benefits so that they are able support their
families and become self-sufficient.
In 2007, CLUES provided
services to over 27,800 clients visits. We are one of the few
organizations in the Twin Cities metropolitan area that
employs a bilingual and multicultural staff. All services
are provided based on the strengths, values, and
traditions of the Latino culture: a commitment to family,
spirituality, and a strong work ethic. As a result, CLUES
is able to serve Latino families in an environment that is
familiar to them.
