A CLUES EXPO Invitation:

Job Fair and Community Outreach EXPO 2009

Many of the diverse communities we serve do not understand how to apply for the jobs you offer or what an important role they could play in the growth of your organization. For you, as a Human Resource or Hiring Manager, these same reasons make it difficult to reach Minnesota’s diverse population. However, the diverse language and cultural skills are fundamental to the growth and success of your company. In a diverse market you depend on an intercultural workforce that understands the unique needs of people from different cultures and regions.

There are some steep obstacles to scale for the diverse communities to reach the traditional American Dream of owning a home, preparing their kids for a successful future and living with financial peace of mind. YOU can make that dream possible for many individuals and families by simply offering them a chance to prove themselves; a chance to work and learn; a chance to dream. Through our Many cultures, one dream EXPO you can connect with Minnesota’s growing diverse workforce and make recruitment easy and effective. Don’t miss out on this premier recruitment event that connects the region’s most proactive employers with diverse and active jobseekers. Find out for yourself how productive and cost effective “a day at the fair” can be.
This year, our Many cultures, one dream EXPO will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at the St. Paul RiverCentre from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The St. Paul RiverCentre boasts a convenient and accessible location to host the increasing number of candidates and organizations that CLUES EXPOs draw with each coming year.

Take a look at the different exhibitor levels. We offer ample choices of event exposure and support to our efforts. The CLUES EXPO is a great opportunity to not only seek out potential employees but to introduce your business to the community. We encourage you to join with other departments in your organization such as marketing and community outreach to expand your participation.

Event registration and set-up will begin at 9:30 a.m. Free parking for exhibitors is available, and a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Along with exhibitor space, an onsite interview room will be accessible for use.

Recruit from the increasingly smaller pool of bilingual diverse candidates. Participate in the CLUES EXPO and reach your target markets easily. What could be more effective for diversity recruitment than to have more than 1,200 qualified, multicultural, multilingual ready to work candidates, under one roof?
Registration deadline and payment is August 21, 2009
