Interim Executive Director
Diego Osuna  is serving as the Interim Executive Director of CLUES while the organization conducts a national search for a new president to lead the agency. Mr. Osuna agreed to assume this leadership role after stepping down as the Chair of the CLUES Board of Directors. In addition to ten years of experience at General Mills, Mr. Osuna worked at Cargill, another leading global company, for six years.  Born in Bogota, Colombia, Diego grew up shuttling back and forth between Colombia and the US.  He obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree in English and Sociology from The College of William and Mary.  In 1995, he completed an MBA from one of the top international business schools in the United States, the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. In 2008, he received the Champions Award, General Mill’s highest employee distinction, for leading the Supplier Diversity area to achieve record results.  In 2011, Diego was awarded the “40 under 40” award by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. He is a well-rounded leader with experience in marketing, international business, finance, and human resources.  
 
Chief Operating Officer
Kathleen Westerhaus holds a Master of Arts degree in International Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Arts degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics from Middlebury College in Vermont. Ms. Westerhaus worked in the for-profit sector for six years before coming to lead the resource development team in 2005.
 
Director of Human Resources
Brenna Ouedraogo joined CLUES in 2009 as the Human Resources and Facilities Coordinator. Prior to working at CLUES, Ms. Ouedraogo completed a human resources internship at the Boy Scouts of America, Northern Star Council, and worked in sales operations at General Mills. Ms. Ouedraogo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College and also has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, Saint Paul.   

Director of Mental Health Services and Aging Well Services
Melissa Flores-Fioravanti has a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Spanish, Psychology, and International Studies. She also has a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling—Marriage and Family Therapy. In 2006, she became a licensed marriage and family therapist. Ms. Flores is currently working on a Doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Director of Chemical Health Services
Judy Cavazos-Beal is finishing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Cavazos-Beal holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, and Public Health. In addition to being a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Ms. Cavazos-Beal has eight years of experience providing chemical health services. 
 
Manager of Aging Well Services
Linda Hernandez is a registered nurse and has over thirty-five years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, namely long-term care facilities and hospitals. Her roles in these settings have included hands-on and leadership capacity roles as a nurse, nurse supervisor, director of nursing, and outpatient clinic supervisor alike.  She also has provided her leadership in the community to plan and execute health fairs. Linda graduated from St. Mary’s Nursing School - Minneapolis (now The College of St. Catherine) in 1975.
 
Director of Family Enrichment Services
Cira Sanchez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the City College of New York. With twenty years of experience working in the child protection services field, including nine years as a Child Protection Worker, Ms. Sanchez provides quality support for at-risk families.

Director of Economic Advancement Services
Karla Bachmann has worked with the Latino community in Minnesota since 2003. Prior to her work at CLUES, Ms. Bachmann worked at US Bank as a Sales and Service Manager where she provided services to the Latino and Somali communities. As a Global Career Development Facilitator at CLUES, she obtained various certifications in the areas of home ownership and foreclosure, financial literacy, and wealth management counseling.

Director of the Community Health Worker Services
Jose William Castellanos graduated in 1984 with a Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.) and Studies in Community Psychology. He also holds a PhD in Social, Administrative, and Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Castellanos has twenty-five years of Public Health experience and Applied Research and has been working in the field of medical research for more than ten years.
 
Director of Development and Marketing
Erin Pavlovic has worked in various capacities including teaching and professional writing. She holds a Master's degree in English from South Dakota State University has been part of the development team at CLUES since 2008.
