Erika Meza

Manager of Aging Well Services

Erika Meza is the Manager of Aging Well Services. In this role she is responsible to provide effective management of the adult day center and caregiver support program to promote quality, culturally and linguistically specific, family-centric care to Spanish and English-speaking seniors and their caregivers. Ms. Meza was previously the administrative manager of the Health and Wellness Division. Ms. Meza become the Interim Manager in fall 2016, during that time she obtained different trainings and certifications required for the provisional of services some include; food and safety serving certificate, training on mandating reporting for vulnerable adults through the Minnesota board of Aging, HIPAA Audit training through Metro Health, Caregiver Support group facilitator through the Alzheimer’s association, obtained the Class Leader Certification to provide the Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes. Ms. Meza areas of expertise include billing, data entry, contract reporting, and data based technical support among others.  She has 12 years of experience in administrative duties, 2  as manager in different areas within the Health and Wellness Division, 10 of which have been at CLUES. She completed a course in Court Interpreter Ethics through the MN Court Interpreter Program, and has been a public notary for 9 years.

Erika Meza es la Gerente de la División de los Programas de la Tercera Edad de CLUES. Erika tiene 12 años de experiencia en servicios administrativos, de los cuales 10 han sido en CLUES.  Ella cumplió un curso de ética para interpretes en los tribunales de justicia a través del Minnesota Court Interpreter Program, y ha sido notaria pública por 8 años.
